ECON 100 Introduction to Economics

Economic analysis applied to issues and problems facing the U.S. economy. Economic problems are analyzed with the elementary tools of economics as a way of evaluating alternative choices with respect to actual or hypothetical courses of action. Topics include supply and demand, market structures, inflation, unemployment, fiscal policy, monetary policy and international trade.
