PE/I 070 Fitness Evaluation
Fitness assessment which covers cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, blood pressure, health history and dietary intake. After testing, recommendations for an exercise program and dietary guidance are given based on personal needs. Graded on a Pass/No Pass basis only.
