PBSF 170 Lifeguarding
Knowledge and skills required for deep water lifeguarding, meeting the certificate requirements of the American Red Cross. This course is also offered as

Prerequisites: Must be age 15 or older. 300 meters of continuous swim: front crawl, breastroke or a combination of both without stopping to rest. Tread water for two minutes. Timed event: swim 20 meters out to retrieve a ten pound weight within one minute and 40 seconds
