COUN 120 Stress Management and Emotional Well-Being

The study and application of current research to attain emotional well-being in order to live a fulfilling life.  Designed to respond to the need to understand and manage personal stress as it relates to the college student.  Examination of personal wellness development and the roles of stress and stress management.
