PHYSIC 110 General Physics I

First in a sequence of two courses designed for students majoring in the biological sciences. Introduction to classical mechanics, heat and thermodynamics, and oscillations and waves. Pertinent concepts in calculus will be addressed as required. (C-ID PHYS 105, C-ID PHYS 100S course one of two)

Departmental Recommendation: Successful completion of PHYSIC 100. Concurrent enrollment in MATH 250.
