Minimum Admission Requirements

Most campuses require a higher GPA and specific preparation in major prep coursework to be a competitive applicant. Those listed below are the minimum requirements required for consideration of transfer: 

• 60 CSU Transferrable Units 
  • 30 units must be selected from general education courses. 
• Complete the following four areas with a “C” (2.0) or better 
  • Oral Communication
  • English Composition
  • Critical Thinking
  • Quantitative Reasoning
• Overall minimum GPA of 2.0
• Be in good standing at all colleges or universities previously attended

Following a Student Educational Plan (SEP) created with a counselor will help stay on track towards meeting specific transfer requirements.
