MULTI 154 Introduction to Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality

Introduction to emerging technologies in the field of Virtual Reality(VR) and Mixed Reality(MR) and the multitude of applications for this technology. Students will gain knowledge of industry leading technologies, hardware, software, and the basics of development for VR/MR. Includes hands-on activities with current VR/MR applications using leading VR Headsets, the VR/MR development process using an industry standard game engine. This course is designed to give the student a broad knowledge necessary to navigate this emerging field.
