Associate in Arts in Philosophy for Transfer (AA-T) Degree
The Associate in Arts-Transfer (AA-T) degree in Philosophy at Crafton Hills College is designed to meet the needs of students transferring to a California State University who intend to major in Philosophy or a related field of study.

A student receiving a degree in this field will be able to:
- Demonstrate an ability to recognize, analyze, and evaluate philosophical theories and arguments using logical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to properly research philosophical ideas and information using credible sources to substantiate arguments and beliefs.
- Demonstrate an ability to write carefully constructed arguments and ideas, paying attention to language, logic, and subtleties of reasoning.
- Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of diverse beliefs, values, and perspectives.
