PTA 235 Neurology

This course is designed to increase the student’s knowledge in the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system. Information regarding the central, peripheral and autonomic system is provided. Emphasis will be placed on the clinical manifestations of disease or injury to the nervous system as it relates to clinical problems encountered in physical therapy.

Prerequisites: Verified acceptance and enrollment in the Crafton Hills College Physical Therapist Assistant Program and completion of PTA 120 or equivalent
