SPAN 102 College Spanish II

A continuation of SPAN 101. Further development of the student's listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Spanish. The course includes a study of Spanish vocabulary, idioms, and grammatical structures, along with a continued exploration of the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries. (C-ID SPAN 110)

Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed SPAN 101 or have taken the Spanish Department's placement test to demonstrate that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the course.

*No credit granted if taken after SPAN 103 or SPAN 104.  SPAN 102 and SPAN 157: maximum credit, one course.
