A student receiving a degree in this field will be able to:

  • Utilize and learn various media, tools, and techniques within traditional and non-traditional contemporary art processes and methods, within Sculpture, Design, Painting and Drawing, and Experimental art processes.
  • Produce artwork that follows standards and guidelines, and which develops a personal visual vocabulary.
  • Identify and describe the Visual Elements and Principles of Design.
  • Development of conceptual framework as a means to creating meaningful art and design work.
