KIN/N 950 Basics of Personal Training
Understanding the scientific basis for assessing physical conditioning, fitness, and strength development. Acquisition of the skills and techniques necessary for designing and evaluating fitness programs for specific applications. Students will show a valid American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR certification to complete the course.
