How to Start a Club or Student Organization

1. Figure out what type of club you would like to create
2. Find four other Crafton Hills College students who share the same enthusiasm for your organization
3. Find a Faculty or Staff member who is willing to serve as your Advisor
4. Pick up a Club Charter Packet from the Department of Student Life
   1. The Packet will ask you to:
      1. Write a constitution
      2. Develop bylaws
      3. Choose officers
      4. Plus additional items
5. Submit the completed packet to the Department of Student Life 
6. You will receive a phone call within a week letting you know when your charter will be reviewed by the Student Senate

Note: A member of your organization will be asked to attend a Student Senate meeting to answer any questions the Senate may have.
