Associate in Arts in Elementary Teacher Education for Transfer (AA-T) Degree
The Associate in Arts-Transfer (AA-T) degree in Elementary Teacher Education at Crafton Hills College is designed to meet the needs of students transferring to a California State University who intend to major in liberal studies or a related field of study.

A student receiving a degree in this field will be able to:
- Understand and apply the knowledge and skills of the general education courses at Crafton Hills College.
- Understand how learners grow and develop, recognizing that patterns of learning and development vary individually within and across developmental domains.
- Apply content knowledge in elementary education to create student growth and learning in a meaningful and engaging manner.
- Understands and use multiple methods of assessment to engage learners in their own growth, monitor learner progress, and guide the teacher's and learner's decision making.
