ASL 102 American Sign Language II
Continuing introduction to American Sign Language as used by the Deaf community in the United States. Study of a more advanced vocabulary of approximately 400 additional signs, ASL sentence structures and social conventions involved in ASL. Discussion of Deaf Culture, norms, and values.
NOTE: This course may require attendance to Deaf community events.
