DANCE 102 Modern Dance II

A continuation of DANCE 101. Ongoing study of modern dance technique emphasizing structured improvisation and choreographed sequences at an intermediate level. Further exploration of the history and culture of modern dance and modern dance theory including the movement vocabularies of Graham, Horton, Cunningham, Limon and the post modern and contemporary styles of today.
