KIN/F 191C Hiking for Fitness III
Instruction in intermediate/advanced-level hiking techniques incorporating hiking routes on and off campus. Designed to further promote cardiovascular health and general well-being. Includes preparation for longer day hikes. Students are encourage to take level A and B before enrolling in C.
