Aerobics training for beginning through advanced students. Activities to improve flexibility and strength with an emphasis on cardiorespiratory conditioning. The specific aerobic fitness classes offered (boot camp, step, kickboxing, Taebo, strength training, and combination) are described in the current class schedule.
