PE/I 173 Water Aerobics and Deep Water Exercise

Instruction in basic fitness concepts as well as basic exercise in the water. Development of strength, flexibility, movement memory, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness within a water aerobic format. * NOTE: A maximum of 4 Units of activity classes will transfer to the UC or CSU.
