PE/I 108 Weight Training
Weight training for beginners with little or no weight training knowledge and skills and advanced students who desire more sophisticated routines including negative workouts, giant setting, pyramids, split routines, etc. Basic weight training principles, body mechanics and dietary prescription. A complete, individualized program will be developed for each student.
