PE/I 191 Hiking for Fitness

Hiking for fitness suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Incorporation of various hiking routes on and off campus. Designed to promote cardiovascular health and general well-being. * NOTE: A maximum of 4 Units of activity classes will transfer to the UC or CSU.
