KIN/F 190B Tai Chi II

Intermediate-level Tai Chi training suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Breathing techniques and intermediate movement patterns to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Discussion of the research associated with the practice of Tai Chi. Students are encouraged to take level A before enrolling in level B.
