Advanced hiking incorporating various hiking routes on and off campus completed at a faster pace. Designed to further promote cardiovascular health and general well-being. Includes preparation for longer day and evening hikes. Regardless of the level of your hiking skills we advise you take A, B and C before enrolling in D.
