KIN/F 190B Tai Chi II
Intermediate-level Tai Chi training suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Breathing techniques and intermediate movement patterns to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Discussion of the history and benefits of Tai Chi. *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
