KIN/F 173A Water Aerobics and Deep Water Exercise I

Instruction in basic fitness concepts and water exercise. Development of strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness within a water aerobic format.  *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
