KIN/F 155D Conditioning with the Pilates Method IV
Further development of Pilates technique combining advanced level yoga and strength training. Review of fundamental technique and focus on continued improvement of strength and flexibility with minimal stress to the body. Recommended for students of all fitness levels, including students with limitations. *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to UC or CSU.
