KIN/F 127D Walking for Fitness IV

Advanced-level walking suitable for individuals that are conditioned to walk two to three miles at a fast pace. Incorporation of various walking routes including trails, hills and stairs designed to promote walking endurance, walking speed, cardiovascular health and general well-being.  *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
