KIN/F 190A Tai Chi I
Beginning-level Tai Chi training suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Introduction to basic breathing techniques and simple movement patterns to increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Discussion of the history and benefits of Tai Chi. *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
