KIN/F 191B Hiking for Fitness II

Instruction in intermediate-level hiking techniques suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Designed to further promote cardiovascular health and general well-being. Includes preparation for day trip hikes.  *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
