KIN/F 168A Yoga I

Yoga training suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Beginning principles of yoga with an introduction to basic yoga poses and breathing, focusing on improved flexibility and strength.  *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
