KIN/F 127A Walking for Fitness I

Beginning-level walking suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Incorporation of various walking-routes designed to promote walking endurance, cardiovascular health and general well-being. *A maximum of 4 units of activity courses will transfer to the UC or CSU.
